Production profile
This department is focused on production of customized high quality crystalline silicon solar cells and modules. The current annual solar cells production capacity is 5MWp. Standard products are matt blue solar cells with efficiency from 16,5 % to 17, %. There are also made solar cells for special applications such as concentrator solar cells, small parts of cells, coloured solar cells and sensors as well as photovoltaic mini modules. Special types of cells can be made by variety of production technologies - screenprinted or sputtered metallization, selective emitter structure, bifacial solar cells concept.
