The biggest PV plant on public building in Czech republic
The biggest solar plant on public building in Czech republic is installed on Masaryk University in Brno. Total power is 40 kWp. House inspection took place in January 2006 and inauguration on 13th April 2006. Installations on public buildings belong to the most difficult and Solartec s.r.o. company is well experienced in this field.

The biggest PV plant in the Czech republic is installed on Masaryk University in Brno. House inspection took place in January 2006. Total power is 40 kWp, 35 kWp from the total power is on flat roof on special frame on building of College of Education, Poříčí 31 and 5 kWp on the same building, but on façade. Running of the plant is monitored on computer with special software.
There are monitoring displays in entrance halls of College of Education in Poříčí 7 and Poříčí 31 where students, pedagogues and all visitors can see how much energy is actually produced by the plant. Students of College of Education of Masaryk University in Brno made the graphic design of the monitoring displays. System was build within the Sun to schools program supported by the State environmental fund and is connected also to PV Enlargement EC program.
The inauguration took place on 13th April 2006.
Plant of the same power was installed in January in Prague 6 on Czech Technical University in Prague and the house inspection takes place in the earliest time.
